Shayna, our Public Director, just completed a major course at the mission: "How to Confront and Shatter Suppression" and here's what she had to say,Wow! I feel like I had shed away the layers of suppression in my life and in place of that have grown armor that will protect me along with all my dynamics from suppression and, more than that, can shatter any suppression I run into.
